Please be advised that the planned merger between Clee Medical Centre and Dr Qureshi will take place on Wednesday 1st July. This will mean that our clinical systems will not be accessible from 3.45pm Tuesday 30th June until potentially 6.30pm Wednesday 1st July. During this time for any urgent medical needs, please still call the practice and staff will be able to assist you.

If you know you will need to order any medication on these days, please order these early to ensure the prescription will be available for you.

For any routine requirements please contact the practice from 2nd July onwards.

Due to this merger, our online accurx and systmone services will cease after Monday 29th June. Please ensure that any online requests are submitted before this time. From 2nd July onwards you will be able to access the practice via accurx on the new link https://accurx.nhs.uk/patient-initiated /b81015.
